Format: 2-Person Scramble

Eligibility: ALL golfers Prizes: 1st, 2nd & 3rd place in the gross & net divisions (CASH)

Handicap: Verifiable USGA handicap required.

12 & under Index will not be adjusted in net division
12.1-15 Index will be adjusted 1 strokes in net division
15.1-18 Index will be adjusted 2 strokes in net division
18.1-21 Index will be adjusted 3 strokes in net division
21.1-24 Index will be adjusted 4 strokes in net division
24.1-27 Index will be adjusted 5 strokes in net division
27.1-30 Index will be adjusted 6 strokes in net division
30.1 & up will be adjusted 7 strokes in net division

ALL FEES: MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE $60 / player + cart & green fee Includes:

Team Captain: Each team should designate one individual to handle names of each contestant, their handicap and contact phone number to verify handicap and full pre-payment of all fees.
